Impact 21 drives alignment of organizational leadership across all business functions. Leadership

Impact 21 works with leadership teams to help define strategy and provide sponsorship to major initiatives within the organization. Prioritizing and managing competing priorities, setting metrics and accountabilities and creating organizational alignment are major efforts within these groups. Working with executives, directors and managers across a broad range of functions, Impact 21 provides thought leadership and best practices that help guide new business practices and accelerate key initiatives. Experience areas include: corporate and Go to Market strategies, acquisition integration and strategic advisory.

Finance/Accounting

IT

We have filled various IT positions from CIO to project manager as well as specific roles in application development, training and system implementation. Our combined business and technical experience provides the unique ability to bridge the gap between the business and IT. Experience areas include: IT and project management, infrastructure design, application sourcing, training development and delivery, application development, business intelligence and data warehousing.

Marketing

From Chief Marketing Officers to field services we have worked with all areas within marketing. As former marketing executives, Impact 21 has the expertise and experience to create the marketing strategy and bring it to life down to the store level. Experience areas include: Go to Market strategies, analytics, branding, loyalty program implementation, category management, market research, marketing solution sourcing, payments and mobile/digital.

Operations

We work with all levels of operations from the COO to store managers. Our strength lies in identifying operational gaps, defining processes to close them and implementing these processes throughout the organization. From inventory management to foodservice practices we are able to streamline operations to better serve customers while maximizing efficiency. Experience areas include: Inventory management, foodservice training and safety, store level processes and procedures.

Human Resources

We work with all levels of human resources and organizational development to help clients drive efficiency and effectiveness toward achieving strategic goals. Experience areas include: resource planning, reward program design & programs role out, balance scorecard development, employee survey development, leadership mentoring, position description development, time management system rollout, communications and program/project change management development & execution.
